Fully lit undercover tie-ups: There are 2 undercover tie ups with concrete and rubber flooring. Each tie up area is gated at the front to help inexperienced horses manage their own space.

Fully lit grooming spaces: Concreted grooming and wash bay areas have lights and power for your convenience. Choose from concrete and rubber footing gated tie up bays, covered 6m x 4m holding yards or a concreted 4m x 4m steel post and rail enclosure.

Stable block with concrete breezeway: 6x well maintained stables ideal for show or competition horses and accessible for our agistees.

Mare and foal crush.

Fully lit covered arena: 16m x 30m exercise and training arena means you can ride/ lunge/ train your horse in any weather, day or night. Horses appreciate the 5m roof and the airflow it allows - riding is always pleasant. Exercise and train your horse anytime.

Grassed area with training jumps and cavalettis.

Fully lit Olympic dressage arena: 60m x 20m all weather sand and grass surface. An ELD construction with post and rail fencing.

20m round yard with lighting: Cattle panelled round yard with rubberized sides and all weather surface.
15m round yard: Bull panelled round yard with rubberized sides and deep sand surface.

On property ride out areas

Enjoy our groomed on-property trailways. Hours of trails without leaving the property take you along wide bridle path walkways between fields through to open and wooded areas of steep inclines and down to open and flat pastured areas with sand tracks.

Minden lodge has its own private and peaceful trails with regional views, bush tracks, and also flat cleared areas and a sand race track. Trails are free for agistees to enjoy and offer hours of variable hacking out options for relaxation, training, rehab. and warm downs for you and your horse.

Off property riding

Direct access from the property onto a side street (Kisslings Rd ‘no through road’) for road riding practice.

Easy access to Minden Lodge for horse floats, parking and turnaround areas.
